Collecting Metal

A guide to collecting your order from one of our nationwide showrooms

Collecting Metal

Clients have the option to collect their order from any ABC Bullion showroom in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane, within 30 days of the order date.

Orders become available for collection once payment has been cleared by ABC Bullion. Upon payment clearance, you will receive a payment receipt via email, which includes next steps for collection.

Authorising Someone to Collect on Your Behalf

ABC Bullion allows authorised Collection Authorities and Operating Authorities to collect an order on your behalf. To add an authority, download the form from your online ABC Bullion account, complete and upload it, or email it to [email protected].

The form must be signed by both you and your nominated authority, and you’ll need to provide photo ID for both parties in order to enable collection.

Collection Window After Payment

ABC Bullion will hold your metal for 30 calendar days from the date of your order, though we encourage collection as soon as possible. While storing metal beyond this date incurs additional costs, we can arrange delivery for a fee or assist you to move your metal into storage.

Many clients choose our sister company, Custodian Vaults, which offers a purpose‑built, high‑security facility ideal for bullion and other valuables.
