Transferring Metals From ABC Bullion to Custodian Vaults
ABC Bullion provides complimentary precious‑metal transfers to Custodian Vaults for clients who hold a private vault in Sydney or Perth. Transfers are coordinated weekly using specialist, fully insured logistics providers to ensure secure movement of metal.
To initiate a transfer, clients simply contact the ABC Bullion Sales and Client Service team on 1300 361 261 or via [email protected] and advise which invoices they wish to move. A minimum lead time of 5–7 business days is typically required to schedule logistics and confirm a vault appointment.
With client approval, the ABC Bullion team arranges the transfer and books a visit at Custodian Vaults using the contact details on the client’s account. Clients then receive a booking confirmation directly from Custodian Vaults, and if any issues arise, the ABC Bullion team will coordinate an alternative time.
On the scheduled day, clients visit Custodian Vaults to take possession of their metals within a high‑security environment. Documentation detailing the invoices and metal transferred is provided, allowing clients to verify their holdings against what is received inside the vault.
Requirements for Transfer Process
To ensure the secure movement of precious metals from ABC Bullion to Custodian Vaults, clients must meet a small number of requirements before a transfer can be arranged. These steps ensure compliance, security, and accurate record‑keeping for every transfer:
Clients must already hold an active private vault in either Sydney or Perth.
All relevant ABC Bullion invoices must be fully paid prior to scheduling the transfer.
Clients must sign the necessary documentation—typically a copy of the tax invoice for the items being moved—confirming they have taken possession of their metals inside the Custodian Vaults facility.
