ABC Bullion works with a range of specialist logistics vendors to facilitate secure precious metal deliveries nationwide. This page outlines how your order is dispatched, insured, and delivered based on its value, along with the costs and timeframes you can expect.
It also includes details on PO box eligibility, shipping fees, insurance options, and typical delivery times, along with clear guidance on collection requirements to ensure your purchase remains protected.
For purchases over $8,000, delivery is completed via a premium hand‑to‑hand carrier service to your nominated physical address. You’ll receive an SMS from ABC Bullion to select your preferred delivery day, and only the nominated addressee or account holder can accept the parcel. If you’re unavailable, the carrier will arrange a new delivery date, which may incur additional charges.
For purchases below $8,000, our secure courier requires a signature on delivery, and orders will never be left unattended. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s progress. If no one is available to sign, your order will be taken to the nearest post office or depot, where it must be collected within 3 business days; failure to do so may result in your items no longer being insured if you opted for insurance.
Only purchases under $8,000 can be delivered to a PO Box. Any order over $8,000 must be delivered to a physical street address.
Australia‑wide shipping fees are calculated based on your order value and delivery method.
For your peace of mind, we offer full insurance cover on all parcels to protect your investment, regardless of destination. Insurance is charged at 1% of your order value. For orders under $8,000, insurance is optional and can be declined at checkout, including when Express Shipping is selected.
Express Shipping orders are dispatched within 24 hours of full payment being received. All other orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days, noting that we do not ship on Fridays.
Once dispatched, most metropolitan deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days, while regional deliveries usually take 5–7 business days.
During periods of high demand, additional time may be required to complete your delivery.
